The Geofence and IP Alerts are batched and then sent together on a defined interval to ensure that your mailbox doesn't get flooded. By default, the alerts are sent out every 10 minutes.
The Geofence recipient list can be configured in the Geofence feature flow and the IP Alerts can be configured in the IP Management feature.
