Device IP Management alerts can be enabled from the IP Management tab. Once enabled, the recipient list will be notified by email when a device strays from an approved network.
How the alert system works:
• With Device IP Management and email alerts enabled, HiddenApp will check the current IP address of the devices in your account every 30 minutes.
• If the IP Address was seen within the last 30 minutes (meaning it has connected to the HiddenApp server) and had an IP address that is not in the approved networks, the recipient list will be notified by email.
To enable Device IP Management email alerts:
1. Navigate to IP Management
2. Enable Email Alerts
3. Click the Add button
4. Enter the email addresses of the recipients.
