When you get an error when running the HiddenApp installer, kindly the following:
- Delete the device from the Devices Dashboard
- Uninstall the app by following the instructions here: To Uninstall: https://help.hiddenapp.com/article/7-how-to-uninstall
- Download the installer from the https://dashboard.hiddenapp.com/device-registration/
- Install the app and follow the steps on the user guide
- You may switch device to Missing to check the connection
