How to set a device to "Missing"?

If you would like to test the connection of your device to our system or if your device is lost/stolen, you should set the device status to "Missing" by:
- Go to your Devices Dashboard
- Click "Status" on the device
- Click "Device Missing"
Wait for the tracking data to be received in your Devices Dashboard. You will be notified by email once data is received. This can take up to 20 minutes.
