If a device is showing as not activated, it could mean one of three things:
- HiddenApp has not been installed on the device.
- The installation has cached, meaning it will take a few minutes at most to show as active (we recommend restarting the device to ensure the installation is successful).
- There has been an error during the installation process. Follow the uninstallation articles linked here for Windows and macOS, and reinstall again).
